Jeff has been working in the culinary industry since 1982. He transitioned to the maritime industry on 2008 and has been there ever since. He's worked with NOAA, Dr. Robert Ballard, WHOI and other notable organizations.
As a Chief Steward Jeff became frustrated with the quality of temporary galley staff that was available to the maritime industry and decided to attack the problem head on. Hiring fully qualified chefs and helping them become mariners instead of hiring mariners and hoping they can cook.
Intimately knowledgeable of the challenges that face seagoing chefs Jeff is bringing on board the highest quality galley personnel.
